Introducing the new Arctica RaceFlex Speed Suit

Unlike all other FIS approved ski race suits on the market which cost in excess of $500, the RaceFlex race suit will revolutionize ski racing and be sold at retail for $300 for adult sizes and $250 for youth sizes. Known for innovation, Arctica has been providing full side zip race pants in a rainbow of colors at an affordable price 365 days/year to the world of alpine ski racing since 2008. They continue to innovate to foster the growth of ski racing by offering their new Arctica RaceFlex Speed Suit at a very affordable price compared to the rest of the market. The Arctica RaceFlex Speed Suit is a great value for the price and features new fabric, construction and fit.
Fabric and Construction
Arctica worked together with their fabric mill for over 18 months to create a new, highly superior fabric that is more durable than previous fabrics and more resistant to pilling and friction related damage. The Arctica RaceFlex Speed Suit is made from a proprietary, technical 3-layer all-way stretch fabric, RaceFlex. The inner layer is a soft, wicking polyester combined with an inner micro-porous membrane and an outer layer of tightly knit, high stretch polyester. The new RaceFlex fabric has a more powerful stretch and recovery which helps create a more precise fit. More powerful stretch is a product of a fabric with less air porosity, which also makes the suit feel more fitted, be slightly warmer and makes the suit FASTER. Arctica also used more stitching per inch to make the RaceFlex speed suit more durable too. This fabric meets the 30mil air porosity requirements of the FIS and will include the FIS-approved designation.
Fit
This is a brand new race suit from Arctica. Completely reengineered from the ground up. It has a longer torso which will allow this suit to fit more comfortably on more racers. The new speed suit also has a closer, more precise fit through the shoulder, arm pit and arm. The Arctica RaceFlex Speed Suit is available in Adult sizes XS – XL and Youth sizes S and M.
Initial quantities are limited. The Arctica RaceFlex Speed Suit are available for pre-order on arcticarace.com starting 08-08-16. Suits will ship on or before October 1, 2016.
