Free Shipping:
Free shipping is offered for orders in the U.S. via USPS. If you are shipping to an address that does not receive USPS, you must select UPS as your option. UPS shipping is not free.  If you are shipping to a hotel you must select UPS. Be sure to include the name of the hotel in the address.

UPS Shipping for Domestic and International Orders:
We offer expedited UPS shipping options. During checkout, you will be able to enter your shipping destination and select the best option for your needs. For international retail orders, duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and will be charged at checkout.

Shipping Times:
We ship Monday through Friday.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on National Holidays. Typically, orders placed by noon CST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon CST will ship the next business day.

Damaged Shipments:
If your package should arrive damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify customer service at [email protected]. .

Special Requests and Delivery Instructions:
There is a notes field below the shipping address in the shopping cart. Use this section for any special requests or delivery instructions.

Backordered Items:
If an item is not in stock, we do not hold backorders. You can check with us to see if we will be receiving more and place a new order at that time.
