Process Overview
- To initiate an exchange (US only) or return, visit “My Account” and locate your order.
- If items are eligible and your order has shipped, the option to return or exchange will be displayed on your order.
- Select items for return or exchange and submit the form.
- Receive an Authorization Number (A#).
- Print your return/exchange slip and include it in your package.
- Ship your items with the Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside.
- We’ll process your request after receiving and inspecting your items.
Important Policies
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated and received within 60 days of purchase.
- All items must be in new, original condition with original packaging, hang tags, and all accessories.
- Items marked 50% or below retail prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping except in cases of shipping error.
- Returns without an Authorization Number visible on the outside of the package will be refused.
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or returned.
- If your exchange item is out of stock when we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund instead.
- Expedited shipping is not available for exchange items.
