Important
- Returns must be initiated and received at our facility within 60 days of purchase.
- Items marked 50% or below retail prices, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
- Shipping costs, whether paid by the customer or by Arctica are not refundable.
- All items must be returned in new, original condition, including the original packaging, hang tags, and any accessories that may have been included.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping except in the event of a shipping error.
- Returns without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused.
- Items returned without an authorization will be donated or disposed of.
- Contact [email protected] for requests on Exchanges. Please provide your Name, Order Number, and Item (Product, Color, Size) you wish to exchange for. Expedited shipping is not offered on Exchanges
- If you want your exchanged item quickly, return your item within 60 days for a refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quicker and don’t risk it selling out.
- We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
