Shipping Options & Costs
We offer expedited UPS shipping options for both domestic and international orders. During checkout, you will see available shipping methods after entering your shipping destination. International retail orders may be subject to duties or customs tariffs set by the destination country’s customs authorities, which will be charged at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on US orders over $300 and international orders over $500. These thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Times
We ship Monday through Friday only (excluding national holidays). Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST Monday-Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS). This applies to all packages with tracking information showing as shipped. Arctica is not responsible for any missing or damaged packages after they have been shipped out.
