Shipping Options & Costs

We offer expedited UPS shipping options for both domestic and international orders. During checkout, you will see available shipping methods after entering your shipping destination. International retail orders may be subject to duties or customs tariffs set by the destination country’s customs authorities, which will be charged at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on US orders over $300 and international orders over $500. These thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Times

We ship Monday through Friday only (excluding national holidays). Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST Monday-Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS). This applies to all packages with tracking information showing as shipped. Arctica is not responsible for any missing or damaged packages after they have been shipped out.

How the Racer Bundle Works

  1. Add 2 items from different categories to receive 10% off your bundle
  2. Add 3 items from different categories to receive 20% off your bundle
  3. Add 4 items from different categories to receive 30% off your bundle
  4. Add 5 items from different categories to receive the maximum 40% off your bundle

Your bundle must include items from different categories below. Only one item per category will count toward your bundle discount:

Important Details

  • To reach each discount tier, items must be from different categories. For example, buying two Race Suits will only count as one item toward your bundle
  • The first item you add from each category will be the one that receives the bundle discount
  • Additional items from the same category will be charged at regular price
  • The bundle discount is automatically applied at checkout
  • Bundle items will be marked with "Racer Bundle" and show their discount percentage in your cart
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers
  • All prices are in USD and subject to change
  • Arctica reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time
