General Information
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated and received within 60 days of purchase.
- All items must be in new, original condition with original packaging, hang tags, and all accessories.
- Items marked 50% or below retail prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping except in cases of shipping error.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse returns/exchanges if conditions are not met.
- Returns and exchanges can only be initiated once your order has been shipped.
Returns
- To initiate a return, visit “My Account” and locate your order. If items are eligible for return and your order has shipped, the return option will be displayed on your order page.
- After submitting a return form, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
- The RA# must be clearly visible on the outside of your return package.
- Returns without an RA# will be refused.
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or returned.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return. This may take 1-2 weeks depending on the volume of returns.
Exchanges (US Orders Only)
- To initiate an exchange, visit “My Account” and locate your order. If items are eligible for exchange and your order has shipped, the exchange option will be displayed on your order page.
- After submitting an exchange form, You will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA#) number.
- The EA# must be clearly visible on the outside of your exchange package.
- Exchanges without an EA# will be refused.
- We will ship your exchange item after receiving and inspecting your original item.
- There is no guarantee that exchange items will remain in stock. If your requested item is out of stock when we receive your return, we may contact you or issue a refund.
- Expedited shipping is not available for exchange items. Regular shipping for exchanges may take up to 2 weeks.
Exchange Alternative
If you want your exchange items faster or if you are outside the US, we recommend:
- Return your item for a refund (within 60 days).
- Place a new order for the desired item through our website.
- This ensures you receive your new item more quickly and prevents items from selling out.
