I am a PL (Level 3) certified coach with Alpine Canada. I am also a Level 3 CSIA instructor in Canada. I work with the U10 program at our club as well as mentoring coaches. I am also a Coach Developer with Alpine Canada, I mentor coaches and facilitate Entry Level coaching courses.
Motivation
I love seeing an athlete acquire a new skill they have been working on. It's that moment of success or "Aha" after working hard that keeps them coming back. This is what keeps me fueled. I love skiing and I love coaching. I was never coached by a female coach in my racing career and I love being able to give back to the sport that has given me so much.
Goals
I enjoy free skiing and love coaching children as well as adults. I am a lifelong skier.
Other Interests
I am a school teacher and a mom of a 9 year old girl. I enjoy walking and listening to podcasts.
